Terms of Service for All About Me

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to All About Me ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using All About Me, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keeping Up With Technology Pty Ltd, the developer of All About Me. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

All About Me is your personal daily dashboard for iPhone and Apple Watch, providing:

• A customizable bento-grid interface for news, weather, and health.
• AI-powered Daily Briefings summarized from your news, calendar, and reminders.
• A multi-source RSS news aggregator with "Deep Dive" knowledge topics.
• A "Readiness Score" based on local HealthKit data (sleep, activity, and heart rate).
• Commute intelligence providing travel times via MapKit.
• On-device generated daily briefing podcasts and voice/text memos.
• On-device AI Chat powered by Apple Intelligence.

All processing occurs entirely on your device. All About Me does not transmit your personal dashboard data to any server, cloud service, or external AI API.

3. Payment Model and Optional Support

3.1 Free for Everyone

All About Me is provided as a free application. All core features described in Section 2 are available to all users without the requirement of a subscription, one-time purchase, or any form of paywall.

3.2 Optional Gratuity (Tips)

We offer the possibility to make optional financial contributions ("Tips" or "Support") via Apple In-App Purchases to support the ongoing development of the App.

By choosing to make a contribution, you acknowledge that:

• Payment is entirely optional and voluntary.
• Such payments do not unlock additional features, as all features are already available for free.
• Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store.
• Donations/tips are final and non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law or Apple’s refund policies.

4. Device Requirements and System Services

4.1 Apple Intelligence

Features such as the Daily Briefing, AI Chat, and Briefing Podcast require a device compatible with Apple Intelligence and running iOS 18.1 or later. We make no guarantee that these features will be available on all hardware.

4.2 System Integrations

The App integrates with local system services including HealthKit, MapKit, WeatherKit, and EventKit. You must grant the appropriate permissions within iOS to use these features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App's news or commute data for mission-critical or life-safety decisions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• Circumvent any security features or sandbox protections.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. AI Accuracy and Health Disclaimers

7.1 AI Output is an Estimation

All About Me uses on-device Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate summaries and briefings. AI technology is evolving and its output can be inaccurate or misinterpreted. You should independently verify all meeting times, news headlines, and task summaries.

7.2 Health Information (Readiness Score)

The "Readiness Score" is an algorithmic estimation based on your local HealthKit data. It is for informational and wellness purposes only.

• It is NOT a medical diagnosis or medical advice.
• It should NOT be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult a medical professional before starting or changing any exercise or sleep regime.

7.3 Commute and Weather Data

Travel times and weather forecasts provided within the dashboard are estimates provided by third-party system services (MapKit/WeatherKit). We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from reliance on this data.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Ownership

The App, including its code, design (bento-grid layout), branding, and proprietary AI prompts, is owned by Keeping Up With Technology Pty Ltd.

8.2 Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all memos, news preferences, and briefing data generated within the App. Because this data never leaves your device, we make no claim to it.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 "AS IS" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTIONS.

9.2 Data Loss

Because All About Me stores all data locally, we cannot recover lost data. In the event of device failure or app deletion, your memos and settings may be lost permanently.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (INCLUDING THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW), OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AUD $50.00.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any formal legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts located in Sydney, Australia.
