All About Me creates and stores a variety of data to build your personal dashboard. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• News & Feeds: Your curated RSS sources and "Deep Dive" knowledge topics.
• Health Metrics: Readiness scores, sleep quality, resting heart rate, and step progress (read from HealthKit).
• Audio Briefings: On-device generated podcasts and voice memos.

Productivity & Integration Data

• Calendar & Reminders: Events and tasks pulled locally from your device's system apps.
• Commute Intelligence: Saved destinations and live travel time estimates.
• Weather Information: Localized weather forecasts for your current position.

User Preferences

• Dashboard Layout: Your custom "Bento Grid" configuration.
• Interests: Followed topics (AI, Tech, Geopolitics, etc.).

2. Information Shared with Third-Party Services

All About Me is designed to share zero personal data with our servers. Certain system-level services are used to enable the dashboard features:

Apple Systems (On-Device)

• HealthKit: Read-only access to health metrics to calculate your Readiness Score.
• MapKit: Used to calculate travel times for your commute intelligence.
• WeatherKit: Used to provide localized weather forecasts.
• EventKit: Read/Write access to your local Calendar and Reminders.
• Apple Intelligence: On-device LLM used for daily briefings and AI Chat.

• Shared: Anonymized purchase receipts.
• Purpose: To process optional support payments (tips) you choose to make.

We explicitly do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

How We Use Your Information

Local Data Usage (On Your Device)

1. Personalization: Organizing your bento-grid dashboard based on your preferences.
2. Analysis: Generating your "Readiness Score" from local health data.
3. Summarization: Creating daily briefings using on-device AI.
4. Calculations: Providing commute times and weather based on local system queries.
5. Memory: Storing your voice memos and text-based personal notes.

Third-Party Data Usage

We do NOT:

• Sell or lease your data to advertisers.

• Use your health data for any purpose other than your in-app Readiness Score.
• Share your commute destinations with external mapping providers (queries are handled by Apple's MapKit).

Data Storage Locations

Local Storage (Your Device)

Location: Internal storage via SwiftData and Apple's secure file system.

Protection:

• Sensitive Data: Protected by iOS device-level encryption.
• App Sandbox: Your dashboard data is isolated from other apps on your device.

Retention: Data remains on your device until you manually delete a card, a memo, or uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

1. Local-First Architecture

By not having a backend, we eliminate the risk of a centralized data breach. Your data is as secure as your iPhone.

2. Minimal Permissions

We only request the permissions necessary for your dashboard. You can toggle access to Health, Location, or Calendar in your device settings at any time without losing other app functionality.

3. Encryption at Rest

All SwiftData containers used by All About Me are encrypted using your device's passcode-derived keys.

Data Retention

Note: Since we have no cloud backup, deleting the app will permanently erase your local memos and settings.

Your Privacy Rights

• Right to Access: Every piece of data used in the app is visible on your dashboard.
• Right to Deletion: You can reset your dashboard or delete the app to wipe all data.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can revoke any permission (Health, Calendar, Location) in the Settings app at any time.

GDPR & CCPA Compliance

All About Me is inherently compliant with privacy regulations because we do not act as a data controller for your dashboard content.

• You are the controller of your own data hosted on your device.
• We do not sell or share personal information.
• Our only interaction with your personal data is when you voluntarily contact us for support via email.

Children's Privacy

All About Me is a general audience dashboard and is not targeted at children under 13. Because we do not collect any user data, we do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children.
